My ebooks are edited and proofed to the highest professional standards. They are not protected by digital rights management software, and are released as shareware.

You are under no obligation to buy one you don't like. But do please visit the fees page if you derive value from your reading and agree that it's worth the money. I will thus be encouraged to go on with this publishing experiment: and perhaps other authors, including your favourites, will be persuaded to follow suit. The result - cheaper and better ebooks for everyone.

The requested fee for each title, compared with the cost of a comparable but DRM-ridden commercial ebook, is extremely low. It equates to a single royalty on a mid-priced edition. This is not a reflection on the standard of the work, but on the fact that, between us, we are cutting out all the middlemen.

Once you have paid the fee for any title, you are of course at liberty to re-read it as often as you choose. And in any case you may make as many integral copies as you like and pass them to your friends.

The books are available in a wide variety of unprotected formats, including plain ASCII text, so even if your present ebook display is superseded you will not have lost them.

You get ebooks you enjoy and want to keep, for a fraction of the commercial price and without the hassle of DRM; I get control of the publishing process and direct feedback from readers. We both benefit. It's great!
